Job Description:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the B2B sector for mobile devices and accessories in Delhi and Delhi NCR. You will be expected to build strong relationships with potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the Delhi and Delhi NCR region, including corporates, SMEs, institutions, and other businesses, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to drive successful partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand the latest industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demands and ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry innovations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with potential clients, showcasing the value of our mobile devices and accessories for their business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, reporting findings to management and suggesting actionable strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the mobile devices and accessories sector, utilizing this knowledge to enhance the company's offerings and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 6 years of successful experience in B2B business development, preferably in the mobile devices and accessories industry.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B market dynamics in Delhi and Delhi NCR, with a strong network of potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting market research and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings and industry events.
