Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Gifting Head to join our esteemed organization as an integral part of our marketing and sales team. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing the corporate gifting strategy for our namkeen and sweets brand, as well as our high-end mobile accessories and telecom devices division. The Corporate Gifting Head will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving sales through gifting programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Corporate Gifting Strategy:

  • Craft a comprehensive corporate gifting strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and targets corporate clients in various industries.
  • Identify key gifting opportunities and occasions throughout the year, including festivals, holidays, client milestones, and corporate events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for corporate gift selections based on client preferences and budget considerations.
    Product Selection and Customization:

Product Selection and Customization:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to curate a diverse range of appealing namkeen and sweet gift options, as well as high-end mobile accessories and telecom devices.
  • Explore opportunities for product customization and branding to meet the unique requirements of corporate clients.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive business growth by actively promoting corporate gifting programs to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand the gifting business.

Budgeting and Cost Management:

  • Prepare and manage the annual corporate gifting budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimizing ROI.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and vendors to maintain competitive gifting offerings.

Logistics and Timely Delivery:

  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics of corporate gifting, ensuring timely delivery of gifts to clients across various locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of corporate gifting programs, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on gifting sales, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate gifting.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all gift items and packaging to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate gifting, preferably within the food and confectionery industry and high-end mobile accessories/telecom devices.
  • Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
